Refunds Policy
Hosting Services
We offer a 14-day refund policy for our hosting services. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- The service has not been used to violate our terms of service or acceptable use policy.
Please note:
- Refunds are not applicable for renewals or subsequent months/years of service after the initial purchase.
One-Off Services
For one-off services, such as Website Fixing, Migrations, Updates, and Optimization, we also provide a 14-day refund policy. However, refunds will only be considered if:
- The request is made within 14 days of the service completion.
- The quantity or scope of work as agreed upon was not fulfilled.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The work has been carried out to the agreed-upon specifications and standards.
- The issue arises due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
If you believe the service provided does not meet the agreed scope of work, please contact us within the 14-day period to resolve the issue.
